Returns

Of course, we hope you are happy with your order, but if you change your mind: that can happen. 


At Babiem, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of purchase. This applies to all orders.

Was your order delivered in multiple shipments? Then the return period also starts on the day you placed the purchase.

You can make a return request via this link. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, you will get the purchase amount back or, if otherwise agreed, a replacement product or part.


Note: register your return within these 30 days. If your return request is made after 30 days, unfortunately we can no longer process it. You can easily register a return via this link. 


Conditions for returning

  • The product is unused, complete, and - if possible - in the original packaging.

  • The product may be viewed and tested as you would do in a physical store.

  • If the product has been used more or damaged, we may apply a depreciation when refunding.

  • We cannot accept products returned that have been damaged during assembly or installation. 

  • Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.


Shipping costs and refund

  • The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless there is an ongoing promotion stating otherwise, or if the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • In case of incorrect delivery or receipt of a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours (i.e., 2 days) after receipt, and we will of course provide an appropriate solution.

  • Upon return, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned product within 14 working days after we have received it back in good condition.

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method and to the same account used for payment.

  • If you return the entire order, you will receive the purchase amount back, but not any shipping costs. If you choose to return only part of the order, you will only receive the purchase amount for the returned products, no shipping costs.


Is it taking longer? Then your return shipment may not have arrived with us yet. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure. 


Cancel

It is not possible to cancel an order. If you no longer want the product, wait until you have received it, and then register it as a return.


Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send us a clear statement (for example by email) indicating that you want to withdraw from the agreement. You can also use the European model withdrawal form (see the attachment in Terms and Conditions, at the very bottom of the page) for withdrawal, but this is not mandatory.
