Returns
Of course we hope you're happy with your order, but should you change your mind: that happens.
At Babiem, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. This consists of 14 days to notify us of your return, and then another 14 days to return the product. to all orders. This apply to all orders.
The 30-day period begins on the day you receive your order. Was your order delivered in multiple shipments? Then the return period starts on the day you receive the last item.
To report a return, notify us within the first 14 days via this link. Once we receive the product back in good condition, we will refund the purchase price.
Please note: Report your return within these 14 days. After that, you still have 14 days to actually return the product. If your return request is made after 14 days or if you were unable to send it within the specified time, we unfortunately cannot process it anymore. Simply register a return via this link.
Conditions for returning

The product is unused, complete and - if possible - in its original packaging.

The product may be viewed and tested, as you would in a physical store.

If the product has become more used or damaged, we may apply a depreciation to the refund.

We cannot return products that have been damaged during assembly or reassembly.

Personalized or customized products are excluded from return.
Shipping costs and refunds

The cost of return is at your own expense, unless there is an ongoing promotion that indicates otherwise, or if the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

In case of wrong delivery or received damaged product please let us know within 48 hours (read: 2 days) of receipt, we will of course provide an appropriate solution.

Upon return, you will receive the purchase price of the returned product within 14 business days after we receive the return in good condition.

Refunds will be made by the same payment method and to the same account with which payment was made.

If you return the entire order, you will also receive a refund of any standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment. If you choose to return only part of your order, you will receive only the purchase price of the returned products.
Is it taking longer? Then your return may not have reached us yet. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure.
Cancelations
Canceling an order is not possible. Do you no longer want the product anyway? Then wait until you receive it, and then report it as a return.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send us a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) indicating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can also use the European model form (see Appendix in General Terms and Conditions, at the very bottom of the page) for withdrawal, but this is not obligatory.
